Coconut Chocolate Bar

Equal parts of:

cocunut oil (warmed gently to be a liquid for easier mixing) half cup, say
cocoa powder
"sugar"--If you are using sugar, or a sweetener such as Just Sweet or Xylitol (I used a blend of the two) that measures like sugar, use the same quantity. If using something like stevia that has less bulk, taste as you go.
a pinch of salt
a dash of vanilla

Mix all this together until well blended and smooth.

Stir in as much unsweetened coconut as you like.

Spread into a plastic container with a lid and refridgerate it. It will get hard like a chocolate bar.

This is a great way to get in the coconut oil.

I'm a weirdo. I just eat the coconut oil by the spoonful every morning! But when it comes to getting my CHOCOLATE on?? This sounds like a great recipe!! Love to hear from other nourishing traditional folks! Thanks :-)
